1a. How long is your delivery time?
Answer: 5-8 business days. (normally 5 working days)
1b. Is it guaranteed that the goods will reach me?
Answer: Yes, we ship all orders traceably and insured.
1c. We ship with FedEx, UPS, Dhl, EMS and PostNord.
2. Is return ok?
Answer: Yes, as long as your item is not purchased on sale/discount or with a discount coupon.
3. Are your products of the highest quality?
Answer: Yes, absolutely the highest quality.
4. What are your sizes like?
Answer: Our sizes are standard. (See size guide)
5a. Why can't I make purchases via Invoice?
Answer: You have a low credit rating, you have a record of non-payment, you are under 18 years of age or you have a personal identity number that is not American.
5b. Is there any extra cost for invoice?
Answer: No, we are responsible for that cost.
6. Why don't you accept my card?
Answer: You probably have a block on online purchases and/or foreign purchases.
The amount charged to your card may deviate a few percent up or down as there is a currency exchange at the time of purchase, so do not lock the purchase at the exact amount.
Also keep in mind that your information such as name and delivery address must match the name and address linked to the card.
(For example, if you are shopping with a family member's card)
7. Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Answer: Yes, place your order before 16/12 only.
8. Is there any customs duty or VAT?
Answer: Very rarely, but then we have written a low value on your package so it will not be many dollars. (We will be happy to help you with a low written receipt if customs would ask for it) |
